This week is mental health awareness week and the theme is body image and how we think and feel about our bodies.⠀
This is something I’ve always struggled with and I still have to remind myself daily to not make comparisons.⠀
Our bodies are incredible and we shouldn’t let that little voice inside tell us any different. Not every day is easy, so treat yourself with kindness, positivity and nurture your growth however you need. ⠀
