For the last couple of weeks I’ve been feeling a bit under the weather and not quite myself.⠀
So today I’ve taken it easy and done all the things I enjoy, like going to the gym and eating good food and it’s safe to say it seems like the clouds are lifting.⠀
Taking the time for yourself is so so important and self care doesn’t have to be something huge for it to be effective.
I’m off to make tuna fishcakes, put on a feel good movie and have an early night, what do you do to look after yourself?
